Production has begun, albeit initially quite slowly. Production volume has improved by gaining new equipment and honing our skills. A repurposed milk vat is fermenting up a storm and is feeding the ever thirsty stills (see pic). The spirit is just as expected and the upscaled processes have continued to produce a consistently pleasing new make. Future releases will have variations on our base “recipe” but for now we are getting some volume into barrels. Our founders club has been well supported.
