Second release double-wood Port/Bourbon
Our single malt whisky features Tasmanian malted barley and specialty malts. It is milled, brewed, fermented and double distilled in a copper pot still at our small family distillery. Our dunnage style barrel ageing room, allows the sea mist laden winds to envelope our barrels whilst they rest and mature, producing a maritime influenced spirit.
Approachable malt biscuit front, dark chocolate with berry/cherry undertone gives way to a sweater burnt marshmallow rocky road long finish.

Aged in first fill ex Port & Bourbon barrels.
