Our dunnage style barrel aging room, allows the sea mist laden winds to envelope our barrels whilst they rest and mature, producing a maritime influenced spirit.

At Edge of the World Distillery, we pride ourselves on crafting refined craft spirits that
capture the essence of Tasmania. Our distillery is located on the rugged west coast of
Tasmania, surrounded by the Tarkine wilderness and relentlessly battered by the Roaring
Forties. This unique environment has inspired our premium spirits, which are crafted using
only the purest rainwater and the finest Tasmanian ingredients.
Our range of spirits includes whisky, gin and liqueurs with bold flavours that reflect the
natural elements of the wild west coast of Tasmania. Our whisky is aged to perfection in oak
barrels, while our gin is infused with botanicals that have been carefully selected to create a
unique and complex flavour profile. Our liqueurs are made using traditional methods, with
natural ingredients that have been harvested from the surrounding wilderness.
